System info Windows

How can you get most of the system info in a Windows OS (Not for all versions).

I guess all of you know the more common, RC (Right Clic) on My PC, properties if you want more you go to hardware tab, etc…

Well here you are a few more ways from MS-DOS console I find interesting and not everybody knows:

winmsd (GUI).

winver (GUI).

systeminfo (Console).

netsh diag show os /v (Console && You can use this command for get more information, check the help).

* psinfo  (You have to download this tool but its worthy)

For those who are thinking that Nmap do this job for them I suggest to think about reverse proxying and for those who are using a FreeBSD kernel OS I recommend this paper:

Defeating TCP/IP Stack Fingerprinting
